Demystifying Mentoring

My colleague Anneli Blundell enlightened me on this great article in the Havard Business Review by Amy Gallo which debunks the old-age myths that surround mentoring. Whilst we prepare for a graduate mentoring program for one of our major clients next week, this article couldn't have come at a better time - it reinforces that mentoring is still important and that the new-age mentoring principles we are currently teaching are true and correct.
