On Monday 4th April, I read a really interesting article on HBR Online written by Douglas R. Conant, the President and CEO of the Campbell Soup Company. He explains how as a 'profiled introvert' and a CEO of a company with more than 18,000 employees, he finds himself particularly challenged because so much of his work requires him to be "out there" in front of others.
In his short and to the point article, Douglas provides others with some successful strategies to manage this... I think many of my clients would find this article very relevant.
