Anneli Blundell
Anneli has enjoyed over 10 years in management and leadership roles across several industries and now specialises in assisting companies to better understand why their people do what they do and how to get the best out of them. She does this by working with Language and Behaviour (LAB) Patterns – the below conscious drivers of motivation. She is the only Australian qualified trainer and consultant in both the iWAM (Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations) and LAB Profiling tools - both aimed at decoding below conscious motivations through the study of language patterns.
Fuelled by her passion for the study of interpersonal dynamics and communication mastery, Anneli offers her expertise to clients through behavioural change services, including executive coaching, profiling, and advanced communication training. Her client list includes such companies as ANZ, Boral, Ford, Engineers Australia, Yarra Valley Water and Linfox, to name just a few.
Anneli has been coaching and facilitating, professionally since 2006 and was recently named as a finalist in the 2010 ‘Coach of the Year’ Awards for ANZI Coaching. With an intuitive and supportive style, Anneli skilfully employs powerful questioning techniques and proven transformational change strategies to assist individuals to explore, expand and engage in creating outstanding personal results, on their own terms.
