David CrossleyWhat do you want to stand for? How do you want the world to see you and most importantly, how do you align actions with intentions?
David spent the first 20 years of his career answering these questions for some of the largest brands in the world as a communication strategist with WPP owned businesses (the world’s largest communications group). Working with leading brands, his key task was to understand what made people tick and to develop strategies that created change and ultimately sold more products. This unique combination of human insight and hard edge business results delivery has lead naturally into executive coaching.
David brings the same straight forward and accountable approach to executive coaching that helped build some of the world’s largest brands. What are the outcomes you want to create and where are you now? What change needs to be created? What do you need to shift, and most importantly, why? What are the strategies and actions required? How do you know you are on track?
David has worked across the Asia Pacific with organisations such as Nokia, Procter and Gamble, Mars Corporation, Vodafone and Xstrata Coal. His assignments have been many and varied including, building team dynamics, managing anxiety and stress; increasing resilience and building confidence. Recently he has undertaken projects in organisational leadership and cultural transformation.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, David is a skilled group facilitator and trainer working with both large and small groups at every level. His particular passion is helping teams find new solutions to old problems and he has developed a suite of unique creative and lateral thinking approaches designed to spark and infuse business with innovative thought and actions.
Di Burns from Successful Executive was an excellent coach for me during my recent significant career transition. She adapted to my specific needs, provided excellent advice, acted as a sounding board and ultimately helped me find what I really wanted to do next. Di was extremely generous in proactively sharing her network to support my next steps. I have no hesitation recommending Di as a coach for senior executives wishing to undertake significant career change or evolution.

I have found my coaching with Successful Executive useful as well as challenging and fun. Their methods for helping me see ways I could do things better myself and particularly get better results from my dealings with others were effective and have served we well during an interesting time in the racing industry.
