Jane’s 18 years in leadership, coaching and facilitation roles have spanned Corporate, SME and Not for Profit organizations. She is now an international influence in creating transformational leadership change with individuals and teams across a wide variety of environments. An experienced Executive Coach and Facilitator, Jane has specialist skills in high performance, creating self awareness in leadership, strength based resilience, utilizing the language of leadership, career enhancement, influencing & work life integration. Jane’s experience and qualifications in this area have both breadth and depth.
Jane chose to leave corporate work in 2005 to focus on her passion for partnering to create wide reaching transformational leadership outcomes; to achieve this goal she created Conscious Evolution Coaching whilst continuing to hold a partner role in two other SME businesses. As an associate coach and facilitator for a number of global coaching organizations Jane’s work now takes her across the globe both virtually and in person. Current industry experience includes Mining & Resource, Legal, Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Financial, Insurance, Construction, Media & Publishing, Aviation, Education, Sales, Health & Wellness and Travel & Tourism. Jane is a PCC credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation and is certified in Genos Emotional Intelligence & Print ® diagnostics. Jane is currently working on a pioneer project with Leadership WA to bring both corporate and community leadership learning and opportunity to the Gascoyne region of WA. She also enjoys Yoga & Meditation, time on her 12 acre property, and learning the piano.
