Pam SeccombePam Seccombe is passionate about people and ‘why we do what we do’. This inherent interest in people has allowed her to combine her knowledge, skills and 33 years of business experience with a keen focus on people development and in particular effective workplace relations – a major ingredient in business success.
In her 18 year corporate career, Pam gained extensive experience managing and developing people both directly through managing her own teams and working in collaboration with other teams and departments to achieve her goals.
Staff responsibilities ranged from one direct report as a junior brand manger at Rexona to a direct team of 12 at American Express and various cross functional teams supporting the launch of Gold Card on the Australian market. This continued in US where she created a successful sales team from scratch. On her return to Australia, Pam headed up Marketing Communications and Customer Loyalty teams at Apple and Microsoft.
When running her own marketing consultancy, Pam was often called on to work with teams and individuals to set a new direction and support them through the transition process to foster effective workplace relations.
Under the concept of ‘empowerment’, Pam provides a range of consulting and people development services from customised workplace relations Coaching, Executive Coaching and Mentoring programs to the design and facilitation of tailored and in-house workshops. Pam has also been involved in providing life skills coaching to individuals in transition, either from their tertiary education to the workforce or in redefining their direction later in life.

Di Burns from Successful Executive was an excellent coach for me during my recent significant career transition. She adapted to my specific needs, provided excellent advice, acted as a sounding board and ultimately helped me find what I really wanted to do next. Di was extremely generous in proactively sharing her network to support my next steps. I have no hesitation recommending Di as a coach for senior executives wishing to undertake significant career change or evolution.

I have found my coaching with Successful Executive useful as well as challenging and fun. Their methods for helping me see ways I could do things better myself and particularly get better results from my dealings with others were effective and have served we well during an interesting time in the racing industry.
