Renee Giarrusso

Renee Giarrusso brings together business and coaching expertise to assist in maximising the potential of individuals to excel to the next level. Renee enjoys working with clients to bridge the gap to put magnificence in their lives and is an accredited executive coach, management consultant & trainer working across numerous sectors in the corporate arena. Renee has the passion and ability to assist in creating transformations, fitting in with the client’s objective and ultimate outcome.  

Renee has a background of over 17 years in management & sales roles within FMCG, with a high level of experience in managing teams and accounts within the Food and Confectionery industry.  

She is familiar with the day-to-day workplace pressures that can be put on individuals to perform and the powerful benefits that coaching can provide to combat this. Renee has coordinated and managed several restructures on a national level within a multi-national organisation and has been heavily involved in all areas of recruitment when building teams.

With this extensive experience in retail & FMCG she has a real understanding of the needs of executives and leaders to perform at their peak. She won the “National Make a Difference Award” when in the role of National Account Manager within Masterfoods Snack and also won the “National Sales Associate” of the Year. She set up and pioneered a profit generating new business channel within the Impulse sector of Mars Snack whilst leading a national team.  

Renee is passionate about working with people who want to better themselves and has attracted clients across a diverse array of industries in the corporate and government arena.  Renee has worked in a coaching capacity within VACRO and also ECG. She has run iWAM team workshops within Australia Post and the NAB amongst others.  She also runs a job network-training program for the long-term unemployed where her results see candidates back in the workforce with higher motivation, direction and focus.  The program focuses on coaching principals to create awareness within individuals at a deeper level than most job network trainings.  

Renee finds coaching and training rewarding and has proven results in assisting clients to lead a more empowering life both at work and on a personal level.  Her bubbly personality and desire to develop, coach and train people has her working with clients across a broad area from government sectors to FMCG and new upcoming companies. 

Renee enjoys the diversity of outcomes a client may want to achieve, which enables her to utilise her expertise in both coaching and business competencies. 

Currently Renee is also working in the FMCG sector designing & facilitating sales effectiveness training that is bolstered with executive coaching. Programs are tailored to the client and she plays a Management Consulting role looking into strategy, structure and systems of multi national businesses and identifying the skill gaps to tailor industry specific training to these and their teams.
