How does the ‘Moving On’ program work?

  • ‘Moving On’  is a non linear three part process, personalised and paced according to the individual. At the outset, a thorough evaluative process is undertaken with each individual to determine their specific requirements. As a result, a relevant and personal career transition plan is established for each individual. Finally, and throughout the process, we will continually monitor and ‘map back’ to the key objectives co-defined at the beginning of the CTC process to ensure we are on track to achieve results.
